Ashlee has a background in the luxury Superyacht Industry working for some of the worlds wealthiest and influential people, maintaining their luxury superyachts and residences worldwide. As a Superyacht Chief Stewardess, Yacht Interior Manager, House Manager and PA managing large teams of staff and overseeing designers, contractors and crew, Ashlee has the experience to ensure your assets are well looked after.

Working closely with UHNW individuals on a day to day basis, Ashlee has lived and breathed the industry for the last 11 years and is extremely passionate about providing high end service. With extensive experience in 7 star housekeeping and service, concierge services and event design during this time, Ashlee has always been hands on in her approach and has developed an exceptional eye for detail. She prides herself on creating memorable experiences for her clients which brings a great sense of satisfaction in her work.

Ashlee has a Degree in Interior Design which has been invaluable for purchasing, styling and overseeing large refit periods. With qualifications in Floristry, Wine and Spirits, Bar and Cocktail Service, Leadership and Emotional Intelligence, we also have you covered when it comes to luxury events and high end service.

After 11 years abroad, Ashlee has moved permanently to Sydney, Australia and started Curated Property Management combining her unique skillset to bring exceptional service and a detail orientated approach to overseeing her clients exclusive properties and assets.

Ashlee is extremely passionate about sustainability and ocean conservation and this is reflected in all the projects she takes on.
